I direct generative AI shots on real commercial productions. I run Raidzer0, a CGI and VFX studio in London, and Polypro, a AI VFX skool. Recent work is mostly hybrid: traditional CG for the parts that need to be exact, generative AI (Seedance, Kling, Nano Banana, Higgsfield) for the parts that don't, and a lot of careful stitching in between. That means reading a brief for where AI expands the options, writing shot direction that gets a usable result from the model, and knowing when to stop generating and take a shot into comp.
