Video creator and director based in Japan with 15 years in production. After working freelance from 2010, I spent six years as an in-house creator at Mercari, one of Japan's largest marketplace apps, where I received the company-wide "All for One" award. Videos I've produced for client accounts have reached over 70 million views. My specialty is short-form video that grabs attention in the first 3 seconds: concept, interviews, shooting, editing and delivery for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. I now build AI image and video tools into that workflow to move faster without losing the human story. I'm the author of two books on short-form video (one also published in Taiwan), a part-time lecturer at Jissen Women's University, and I've run video training for companies including Amazon and Fujitsu.
