About Eligha Hagler Iv
I’m Eligha Hagler IV, a Houston area creative director and the founder of Fourth Frame. I turn scripts and campaign ideas into cinematic proof of concept so teams can see the story before the shoot. My work spans original films, brand concepts, animation, and explorable worlds. I develop the story and visual direction, then carry it through storyboards, Blender previsualization, AI-assisted production, editing, and sound. I’m looking to collaborate with brands, filmmakers, and creative teams that want to test an ambitious idea and make it feel real.
