Senior AI Video Artist

We're a 9-figure eCommerce holding company operating multiple brands in health and wellness, spending $4M/month on Meta ads. We're looking for exceptional AI video creators who can turn creative concepts into engaging, high-converting ads. We produce a wide range of AI-generated content, but our primary focus right now is animated dramas and animated songs, typically 3–5 minutes long. What we're looking for: - Proven experience creating AI animated dramas or animated songs (required) - Exceptional storytelling, pacing, and visual execution - Strong command of AI video generation tools and workflows - Ability to maintain consistent characters, scenes, and animation across longer videos - Understanding of engaging, high-retention video content Compensation & Opportunity We're happy to start on a paid, per-project basis to see how we work together. If it's a great fit, we're open to bringing you on full-time with a highly competitive base salary + a percentage of ad spend on your winning creatives. Your earning potential is uncapped.
