Senior AI Filmmaker
About the Job
I’m looking for someone to bring my scripts and creative ideas to life using AI video generation and editing. I’ll provide the content, concept, raw footage and creative direction. You’ll handle execution: preparing references, writing generation prompts, directing character performances, refining drafts and delivering finished videos. I need someone with strong taste who can identify and fix problems independently, without needing every detail pointed out.
What You'll Do
- Turn my scripts, footage and direction into finished short-form videos.
- Create and refine Seedance prompts using video, image and voice references.
- Direct character expressions, gestures, dialogue timing and natural interactions.
- Maintain consistent character size, appearance, placement, lighting and voice.
- Review generations and fix awkward movement, incorrect eyelines, unnatural pauses and continuity errors
What We Are Looking for
- Proven Seedance experience with a portfolio of realistic AI video work.
- Strong video editing skills and attention to detail.
- An eye for believable character integration and physical movement.
- Good instincts for comedic timing, emotional delivery and reaction shots.
- Ability to follow a creative brief closely while solving execution problems independently.
- Organized workflow and clear communication.
