About Victoria Keo

I'm Victoria Keo, a Houston mechanical engineer (UH '23), IT pro, and faith-driven entrepreneur. My background spans civil engineering (LJA, TxDOT), energy (CenterPoint), and 3 years of IT help desk work. I'm CompTIA A+ certified, a certified life coach, and a funded trader. I run KeoGoMoo, KeoGoFilm Production, KeoGoTrade, and Keo Foundation, and I'm starting an MBA at SEU this spring 2027 :D. My strengths: I bridge engineering, tech, and storytelling. I execute fast, and I lead with care. Next, I'm pursuing federal IT and program analyst roles and leadership in social impact. With AI, I'm building KeoGoAI, which teaches Claude in plain language, including accessible lessons for Khmer speakers and people with disabilities. I'm also building an agent that turns my photo archive into life-story videos, and I'm using AI to speed up land-development design. All of it is to glorify God and serve people well.
